Custom connectors are available for Professional and Enterprise customers. These are data connections to your chosen marketing platforms and allow you to retrieve all the available data from them. For example, you might use TikTok heavily for your marketing and you can therefore request one of your connectors is for this platform.
No problem. Sometimes our customers need some help to better understand what their needs are and the solution to match. Within each plan there is a limit on the number of active data sources, export destinations, and workspaces. How you balance that limit between sources, destinations, and workspaces is up to you. We design this with you during your onboarding and this can be upgraded/changed as your needs change.
